Is that a hazy glow or a glowing haze?

Grammatically, metaphorically, philosophically and descriptively I wonder what would be the most appropriate way to describe dawn today. There is light covering of mist and cloud and the sun is still behind the hill. It looks like the sun behind the hill is glowing. The colors would have been even better if I had seen it earlier.

I'd go with a 'hazy glow' but I'm sure it doesn't matter too much. It's very beautiful whatever you call it.
