My lunch today is milk fish

Yummy and healthy with rice, and grapes as dessert. It's the first time in a while that I had fish cooked in tomatoes and pepper. Coupled it with rice is the best meal for the day. What about you, what's for lunch today and why do you prefer and enjoy it?
