Well, I am getting tired. I had more time today to mylot which I am glad of. But now since I have stayed up late because of the sleeping problems I have for the past 4 or 5 nights. It is catching up to me and I am tired. I am going to get some shut eye. Who know's I might wake up and come back out here and start myLotting in a few hours. Anyway Goodnight all! Or those on the opposite side of the world, have a great day.

Take Sleep a little more longer.....i hope u will wake-up a new energy level and will enjoy new day with positive and healthy mindset

This happens about every 4 or 5 days. Because I have Insomnia I don't sleep well for 4 or 5 night's. Then I have worn myself out and pass out for the night,lol

@dfollin in this way, you physical tired and sleep well ....is this method help u in proper sleeping. I have also insomnia because social media addiction so i also mostly night sleep late

@Andini Mine is one of the symptoms of Fibromyalgia which was creeping up on me for 20 years before I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.
