Harsh Truth: That Publishers Are Not Responsible for Informativeness of Advertising

(uh-oh! I used 'the A-word' that'll probably get this post deleted (even though I'm not talking about "myLot's a. people"))
I'm talking about the ad in the image---an ad that was on the back of 'my favorite alternate newspaper.' (I don't remember why they're called that ... maybe I'm getting the word wrong---they're 'those newspapers that business subscribe-to & share with their customers').
I'll try to discern 'what information I can' from this ad: Who: KIA KALIDY, I suppose; What: the KIA Sportage (an SUV, I suppose); Where: I guess we find KIA KALIDY in 'the Yellow Pages' (or 'on The Cloud' or however people find businesses); When: I assume it's "A.S.A.P."; & Why? the reasons stated (because SIZE MATTERS, because the KIA Sportage has all that 'best in its class'-stuff).
But do the publishers need that information? Or was it just "Print what? Did the Check clear?"

What problem do you have with this advert exactly?
