Do you like to practice positive meditation?

I have practice the positive meditation around two years, I like positive meditation, when I could follow these positive ideas in my heart, it will feel very relax over my body and mind, allow everything happen like its that way, accept all things happened in the past, make my attention to the current situation, focus my mian target,this is the positive meditation make the change for me. Could you share some good life style with me?

I wake up usually at 4am in the morning and meditate. I meditate chanting a Shiv mantra. Then I do yoga. I take my food on time. This life style keeps me healthy and peaceful.

I do yoga and meditation. I have never heard or used this term positive meditation. But what you described is something I do on certain days. On other days, I just try to keep myself away from any thoughts for few minutes.

I also practice meditation. It's relaxing. Other than that, I take a morning walk every day.
