Chiropractor

My friend suggested I see a chiropractor for my stroke.
She thinks I will benefit from one. I was denied home health with physical and occupational therapist
I had eight weeks of it. It is now a hang up with insurance. They say with a stroke patient there's no telling what you will learn.
I have a special at chiropractor office first visit $29. But I can't and won't go all the time.
What do you think?

Depending on the results of the stroke, I'd say it's hit-or-miss. It may or may not help you.

@CookieMonster46 Then I doubt one could help you. They could try to align your spine and bones, (that's what they do), but if its stroke-related, then nothing will help apart from physical therapy and occupational therapies. But, of course... yeah I know about insurance hang-ups.

I have heard the chiropractors do wonders. But I went once to one and nothing happened. I also paid him to treat my companion, Leticia, and nothing was solved either.

My 18yr old niece sees on for ongoing back issues, and it's been working well for her. I'm not sure how it works after a stroke, but I hope it's beneficial for you, if you decided to do it. I also hope you're doing okay. I've missed a lot of people's posts.

Well I went and I liked it. I decided to go by my place. The location was closer
But service bad and they didn't do much.
So back to to original one, much better.

My nephew had a stroke several years ago. His left leg and arm were somehow paralyzed. He had physical therapy and he is fine now. Never heard of getting a chiropractor for stroke patients here. But hope yours work for you.
