We cannot control aging / myLot

Time flies so fast, 1 day you were born, then your parents nurture you until you grow up to be a young lady. 57 years ago, I was held by my mother when I came out from her womb. I was a few weeks short of coming out. Now, in a few months time I will be turning a year older, hopefully much wiser. I don't know what is in store for me i will be turning 60 in two years and I have started counting with a five year old kid to be raised by myself, and I am looking forward to growiing old with her, I hope I get to see her grow up to be a Young lady, so many challenges are coming up. Now, she's in school, I get to bring her every Mondays and Tuesdays and wait for her until class ends. I'm beginning to be like a stage mom so excited to see her only child go to school and does her homework after going home. Tiring but I have nothing to fret or complain. I see her as a blessing and a gift from God. And this is the one thing I'm looking forward is Im growing old gracefully.

We cannot stop the aging process, the only things we can do is trying to eat healthy and age gracefully. In two months I turn 72 and I cannot believe it.

we cannot stop aging but there are health practices that can help us delay aging like regular exercise and balance diet. Avoiding stress is another thing that can help us slow aging. Or , if we can afford it, we can undergo those anti aging procedures to maintain our youthful glow.
