@averygirl72 That's true. These outlets are run by franchises so their customer service is not the same. The one in my city is a cheat.

Yes, they lost us. We aren't ordering anymore from there. So they lost two customers.

I think if the ordered stuff was below the standard and expectations, you should have raised the issue with KFC. Do you mean fox nut or makhana by referring to lotus seed in the kheer?

KFC is not really very popular here anymore. So many of them have closed and the ones that have remained open are simply terrible. Disreguarding poor service, it seems everyone who does try to go there complains about the food. I haven't had it in years, the last attempt we made it was just swimming in grease.

@aninditasen Well, we live in different countries, I am in the US in Illinois. As I said, I do not personally know of anyone who even goes to KFC anymore, as they have become so terrible. It's really too bad, but they have gone down hill for a long time here now.

I would call the manager and complain and demand my money back!!! You should get what you paid for or they should let you know if they have what you ordered.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. A lesson to ALL businesses, every impression MAKES an impression. It's important to get things right EVERY SINGLE TIME. Especially because you never know when it is a customer's FIRST experience... It's one thing to irritate a customer who knows it's not always bad. It's another entirely to irritate one that only ever had the bad experience to remember.
