How parrots Speak but other brids not?

Its really a diificult question to answer...Parrots have the capacity to speak..but very few are trained..In case of humans Our parents train us how to speak..But If u take the parrots, their parents cannot speak..so they cant train their children..So once we train parrots they could easily start speaking...
