Enjoying my ex

Do you enjoy your ex? How much time do you spend with your ex? What kind of EXercise do you do?
Yes, I'm talking about exercise
I try to out for a little walk every day. I do find that I'm a bit healthier by getting out every day and walking, getting some sun, breathing the outdoor air. I should do a bit of weights and I'll have to work on that.

I go out daily and play Pokemon go. I also do some Hiit workouts on the seven app modifying them to my ability level.

I used to Walk daily, up to 5 miles but recently I'm working and I walk more than that.

Yes, I enjoy walking and will either go outside or if the weather is bad, I have a treadmill I use. I've picked up playing casual tennis again, and I've started playing pickleball which you can do in the colder weather. Lots of fun and a decent workout too!

@AnneW21 It is a combination of tennis, paddleball and table tennis using aspects from each sport. It has become increasingly popular especially among older participants.

Oh every single day I try to get out. Walking. It does not always happen. But I so enjoy it when I can. A lovely photo there Ken.

@kanuck1 There is a lovely park up the street here and I usually walk around there. When I get tired of that, I walk around the streets nearby. There are some nice walks around here.

I do walking and sprinting , weights and breathing exercises, called pranayama in yoga.

@kanuck1 Thank You, Yes, I'm health conscious. To be honest just to add, if we do not forget to eat, drink and sleep, why not take time to work out? Here, mere a 30 minute simple walk every day or every alternate day is also enough to keep you fit. You can choose exercise, according to your BMI and age.

Mmmyes I used to ex-ercise sometimes with my ex, sometimes with my partner other times with strangers. Swimming is great.
