How to unlove you

We been together for 2 years. and now our I decided to end our relations ship. but still my heart look for him. I don't know what on this world exist those people use to get someone hearts then break it always. I just shocked he just had another affair and they are already running 4 months. Did i just made a good decisions on to end our relations ship. please help me unlove him.

I'm sorry to know that you're in pain right now because you had to end a relationship where you no longer feel loved or happy.
As I mentioned in my answer to your other post, IT'S NOT SELFISH TO LOVE YOURSELF 90%, 100% will be best I would say.
When you love yourself, you don't need somebody to make you feel loved or complete.
People are just parts of who we are, but they should not complete us. We complete ourselves.
When we think and feel that others will complete us, that's when things get messed up.
When you wrote, "please help me unlove him." Only you Paulo will be able to do that.
You friends may suggest things to you so you can unlove him even us here in myLOT can suggest things how you can unlove him, but, if you, yourself won't be willing to let go, every suggestion will be useless.

@Paul0223, also, think of the people around you who have loved you all these years, BEFORE THIS PERSON, YOU THOUGHT LOVED YOU.
I'm pretty sure, there are more than 10 people who have loved you Paulo, I bet you.
Once you realize who these people are, I know in my heart that you will have the best Christmas ever.
I wish you happiness beyond CHRISTmas.
