Mens sana in corpore sano, is a Latin phrase that means a healthy soul in a healthy body. This means that if a person's soul is healthy, then his body will be healthy too.
My awareness to exercise regularly these few years is not good. When I was in elementary and middle school and high school, my willingness and ability to exercise was still high. But after working and growing up I was very lazy to exercise. Is it because of busy work, because I'm getting old or just because my awareness of the importance of exercising is decreasing? I haveno Idea. How about you, do you still like to exercise?

I don't like it per se. I go through times where I don't as often as I should, and that's my own fault. But, I try to be active and do what I want.

@Charlesbronson I play Pokemon Go daily, which requires me to actually go out to interact with Pokestops and gyms. I do this in a manual wheelchair, which is a workout in and of itself. I also use an app called Seven which has a series of HIIT workouts that are designed to focus on the body in different ways. I do one circuit a day.

@marguicha Yes, medication and physical therapy can help reduce pain and keep the joint moving. Keep safe..

Getting older doesn't lend itself well to exercise! I used to be both active and keen on exercise but my bad back, arthritis, heart condition, osteoporosis, fallen arches, etc., don't like it when I exercise nowadays!
