Can you take peptobismol if you are pregnant?

I would like to know if you can take peptobismol for nausea or morning sickness if you are pregnant? what over the counter medication is okay to take for upset stomach and won't affect the baby?

I was told to take Ttums chewables with calcium.please talk to your doctor first.

the doctor recommended the tums but that doesnt help.

I wouldn't take any over the counter medicine for it, especially not without talking to your gynecologist first. I used to keep saltines by my bed, so in the morning when I woke up I could eat some of them before I got out of bed for the day, and it helped me. You could try it, I hope it helps.
