Fried Adobo

This is my first time to cook fried adobo. To be honest, coming up with a fried adobo just occurred to me right after I had finished cooking adobo. Originally, I just wanted to cook chicken adobo but suddenly I just thought that it could be more interesting to convert what I had prepared to something more interesting and delicious. Also, while I was preparing my recipe for chicken adobo, some ingredients were actually missing so I thought of something in order to improve the taste. That was why I resorted to having fried chicken adobo.
