A VERY Happy Christmas, with a LOT of happy tears

My neighbor that is right next door to me, a very very special gentleman, just gave me a Christmas present. Well presents. I'm not one to get all teary, but this was so special. I went over to pick up the sweater he needs mending, and he pointed it out to me. When we were done gabbing at each other about our situations and I got up to leave, he stated that the Christmas gift bag was for me too. We had agreed, we weren't going to exchange gifts this year. DARN IT HE LIED!!!! He insisted that I take the bag, which I know not to argue with him, he's more stubborn than I am. So, I grabbed the sweater and bag and came home...all 25 feet from his front door. I sat down and opened the bag, and then the tears started falling. At the top of the bag was a pair of relaxation socks, they are lavender with sherpa lining. Right away I stated to myself that they would be hand washed. Then I went a little deeper and found a box of my favorite Lindor Truffles. I blubbered like crazy at that. Then the topper was a package of Thread Magic. I had looked at it at the local craft store, but my budget wouldn't handle it. I checked online and it was just as expensive as in the craft store. I'm still crying for joy from the thread treatment!!! I figured that was it, then I reached down and there was a box that was decorated for Christmas. I opened it and the collectable Beanie Baby I mentioned was in the box. That did it, I raced next door and gave my neighbor a huge hug and kiss!!! It was the only Christmas gift I received, and I will admit that it is the best. We both are sweet on each other, but we are reluctant to express it. He is so very very special, and he shows it constantly. I was told when I moved in that all the women were chasing him, and he stayed to himself. I'm the first one that he has shown any interest in (of course I don't chase him which helps). I had to share the fabulous Christmas I just had. As I said before, it isn't the price of the gift that counts, it's the consideration that a person uses when they buy the gift. I am looking at the Thread Magic and smiling broadly and wiping tears from my eyes. I can't believe how great the man is, and that he got the most important thing on my list, the thread treatment. I hope your Christmas was as great, and your other got you what you really wanted. Mine was so super, the best I've ever had.
