@japanesesamurai If the price is too high, it will be difficult to go up again, which in the end people will sell it.

@japanesesamurai You missed my point. lol. But that's okay. Stocks go up and down and trade sidways. That's just how it works. But over the long term good and solid companies, and the stock market with it, always wind up higher than where they leave off.
In the crash of 2008 for example the DOW was sitting at about 13,000. It dropped below 6,000. It is now about 34,000. On the first day of the crash of 1929 the DOW dropped to 230. Three years later it was at 42. 91 years later we are again, at nearly 34,000.
If the stock market crashes tomorrow to 17,000, ten years from now it will be at 50,000. Higher than where it left off at 34,000 before the crash.

investing in real estate can be a profitable venture. Real estate offers potential benefits such as appreciation, passive income, and tax advantages. Additionally, property values tend to increase over time, providing a valuable asset for investors. However, it's important to conduct thorough research and analysis before investing in any real estate opportunity to ensure it aligns with your financial goals and risk tolerance.
