who is your favorite drummer?

I like Chad Smith from Red Hot Chilli Peppers...real funky drumming...he's my hero. What about you guys?

I always admired the drumming talents of Stewart Copeland. He was the drummer for The Police. He performed some very complicated rhythms. I am not sure if he is doing any solo work these days but it would be worth checking out!

Pick just one fave drummer? That's so hard. I have a list of my top 5 favorites. They are: Mitch Mitchell (Jimi Hendrix), Keith Moon (The Who), Neil Peart (Rush), Stewart Copeland (The Police), Mel Taylor (The Ventures).
