Excited to go into the new year with high hopes! These past 2 years have been challenging but before this year ends, I was able to secure a client - a good client. So I consider that as my 2022 highlight. What about you?

@slayer08 We love that granny flat, even if the exterior doesn't look posh... (the inside is good and very roomy.)
