Concerned animal lover rescues a cat that was stuck to the ground in Michigan

A male who showed compassion for a cat who decided not to give out his name other than "Kelly" saw that a male cat who was stuck on the ground in Muskegon most likely on a street since the cat who is now named "Elliot? was not inside of a home when he was located in a cold day on Monday morning, Kelly was able to pick up Elliott from the ground and took the cat to the Big Lake Animal Clinic where Elliot was going to be taken care of with the veterinarians to get better as well to locate a microchip so they can try to find the owner of the cat. After the veterinarians were able to save Elliott who came close to dying from exposure to the cold weather, the veterinarians are now having a donation pool to be sent for the medical expenses of the cat who is expected to make a full recovery. I am sure that Elliott who is named after the winter storm of the same name will be in demand to join a loving family soon.
