Meals - 1/4/23

We take our taxes in to be done in March. We do not have all of our slips as of yet, in fact we only have 1 of them. You had a chicken day yesterday, you started your first meal with it and ended your last meal with it. I made a delicious beef stew yesterday, it was so nice to have at the end of a damp and rainy day. They really should rename January Rainuary, we get alot of that during this month, and every year we get more.

I often find myself miffed. I am glad I do not own a flamethrower.

I hope that the football player fully recovers. Yesterday we had steamed rice for lunch and white fish fillets with potatoes for dinner.

Pretty complained yesterday that she wasn't sure how to do our taxes this year. I certainly don't know... I guess we'll have to go to H&R Block and talk to one of the experts. I had noodles and beef for breakfast yesterday, no lunch and two pieces of pizza for supper when we got home from the ER. I hope you enjoy your day today.

Breakfast - Chicken nuggets i have never eaten and i think i can never eat chicken nuggets in the morning .lol in japan our breakfast is , miso soup ,rice and salad! peace.

Terrible thing about that player, but glad to hear he is doing better. As for taxes, I always have to wait for the brokerages to get all my stuff together before I can get it all over to my accountant. Usually I get all that late February or early March. It is what it is. Incidentally, if I have not mentioned it, my accountant is the brother of the famous McCoy cartoonists who did The Flying McCoys and Glenn worked on things like The Minions and what not. Glenn also does a lot of political cartoons. My accountant has no sense of humor, which is probably why he became a CPA and not a cartoonist. lol For dinner we went simple AGAIN and I just boiled up some hot dogs. I put mine diagonally on a piece of bread with some ketchup and mustard and my wife made a bit of a sandwich out of hers. We had the rest of the deviled egg pasta salad on the side, and I had one piece of garlic bread left from our Pizza World night on New Year's Eve.

My dinner is a plain scrambled eggs cooked by my grandson. Of course, it's coupled with a cup of rice.
