Damar Hamlin, the Buffalo Bills player that had cardiac arrest on the field, is now breathing on his own.
I finished adding up all the medical receipts, etc. yesterday. Now I just have to wait for the statements from Social Security, etc. so that I can start on the taxes.
73 days until spring!
Breakfast - None
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Meatloaf, baked beans, corn, roll, apricots
Dessert/Snack - Banana chocolate chip muffin and decaf coffee
Dinner - Chicken tenders and potato salad
What did you eat yesterday?

Man, I am liking that 73 days. Woohoo! I can almost feel the warmth of the sunshine already. At least that's what I am telling myself. lol. Glad to hear that Hamlin is doing better as well although I think his football days are over, and probably rightly so.
As for dinner you are going to love this one. I cooked up some white rice and set that aside. Then chopped up some kielbasa and fried that up in the Wok. Chopped up some green pepper and onions and set that aside. Detailed some shrimps and cut them in half because they were a good size and tossed them in to cook just a bit with the kielbasa, then took all that out and set it aside.
Tossed in the green pepper and onion and cooked that a bit while I made a concoction of soy sauce and sugar (basically a teriyaki). When the peppers and onion were done I added the kielbasa and shrimp back in and then added in the rice, stirred that all up and then tossed in the teriyaki mix and some garlic powder and voila! Dinner was served.

@LindaOHio Sure. A very popular dish called Paella has both ingredients (at least some kind of sausage) as well as several others like clams and chicken.

@LadyDuck I don't know if he will be able or if he wants to continue playing football. That's a real jolt to have to change careers at 24 years old!

@LindaOHio I wouldn't want to dispute their right to the docks.
