I bowled on leagues for many years. I'm currently taking a break but plan to return to bowling soon! It's good exercise, fun socially, and personally satisfying to practice and improve my skills/scores. A few years ago, I was inspired by a woman I met in the Senior's League. She was 96! She was a good bowler too. I never would have guessed she was that age. I hope to have good health and mobility if I'm still here in my 90's. Age is just a number? Maybe. I'm a realistic optimist about life. There are reasons why we don't normally see centenarians playing sports. My memory of the cool elderly bowler was sparked by the post "Old Bessie", written by deleriousinIdaho51 @celticeagle. Photo is me with my team in 2018.

Thanks @sol_cee. My life changed a lot a couple of years ago so I had to start working more hours.

That's wonderful. I hope if I live into my 90s that I am active.
