$1 Million myLot Payout

You know, I am a man who likes to set goals, and then put a solid plan in place in order to ensure I actually achieve it. You can't achieve anything without a plan, right? I mean, that's just how it works. I want to make $1 million on myLot and I think I can do it. Okay, so the minimum for payout is $5. Well, that's easily enough accomplished. I mean, I make at least that much every month here spewing my crap and yapping my trap. If I play my cards right and keep yapping I should have my million bucks in no less than 200,000 months. Sounds daunting? Keeping things in perspective this is only 16,666 years worth of yapping. I mean, somewhere along the line life expectancy should increase significantly, so there's a chance I could live long enough to realize my goal. What? You say it is impossible? Have some faith people. If you set your mind to something you can do whatever you want. You just wait. Not only will I live long enough to achieve this goal, I will make history for having lived that long. I am going to be one rich anomaly, let me tell you.

You could very easily do it by responding and commenting on all 3,539,503 discussions (minus those deleted) posted previous to this one.

Hmm. I had not considered that as a possibility. Can this be considered an official challenge from admin?

Are you going to save all the money that you make until you get your million. ?

Of course. I have been doing online things for probably 15-20 years I guess, all the way back to WebAnswers days, and never spent a single dime of anything I have ever made. It was all invested. I suspect that course of action will not change no matter how much money I make doing any of this sort of thing.

I don't know if you'll be able to live that long but maybe you could aim for $10 a month and cut those earning months in half.

I do think, after careful consideration after the fact, I may have to make some adjustments to this plan.

@CarolDM Are you encouraging me? I wouldn't mind quitting. But then, I am not sure I'd accomplish being able to do what I want with all those posts to get to. Luckily I can type very fast though. lol

It IS rather ambitious. I wonder how hard I should work at actually accomplishing this?

Sometimes what is planned can miss estimates, for example when the internet is off.

Indeed. I think if the Internet goes off this entire plan is definitely out the window. lol

You sound like Horse out in California. He’s saving all his myLot earnings to buy a Maserati or Ferrari or something. He’s well on his way to meeting his goal too. And a question on your math…you factored in the time it would take based on earning the minimum each month. But I know you make more than the minimum. So, based on what you actually earn each month (on average), how many years does that reduce the time it will take?

Aim for the stars and you may reach the moon, right? Perhaps if you invest the $5 each month into something different, one of them may be 'the one' to make you rich, you never know. Actually that's not a bad idea and if it doesn't work out, all you've lost is a month's worth of 'yapping' you probably would have done anyway

How many mylot payouts do you have to invest in the stock market to make a million bucks?
