Thanks to Facebook, I’m reconnected with friends, relatives and classmates who now live overseas or in my hometown.
The beauty of social media, we can communicate so fast and make plans.
One of my classmates, whom I haven’t seen since high school graduation reconnected and visiting Australia. Her son migrated here.
So, in no time, we communicated and met each other and toured Canberra, the capital of Australia and Sydney, the most popular city in Australia.
We had a perfect time!
Do you still contact your schoolmates and meet up?

That was nice. For the first 2 weeks of this january, I was able to meet my 2 old friends who visited the country for the holidays. Another one will come home soon this month as well and we will meet to.

Social media sure is nice for that. I did catch up with a friend from junior high a few years ago.

We built a socia media group in which we can communicate with classmate anytime, but in fact,we just were busy with personal life, seldom talk with each other.

When you're at the same place at the same time, yes, it's easier to set a meetup now via technology.
Is her son going to petition her eventually?

It's good that you can reconnect with your friend after such a long time. Yes, I still keep in touch with my high school and university friends.
