What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I am finally getting around to making what I had planned to do last night. I saw a recipe on Facebook yesterday and it caught my eye. I usually skip by that stuff because they are often written by random people with no culinary training and the recipes aren't tested. The one I saw, though, was interesting to me so I decided to give it a try. It is for chicken breasts coated in seasoned sour cream (garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper), coated in crushed Ritz crackers that are then drizzled with butter, and baked. I have all of those ingredients already and some light sour cream I need to use up. To go with it I have leftover basmati rice and steamed vegetables. That's what is happening here.
