I have been communicating with my Spirit Guides(Guardian Angels)during meditation and in my thoughts. I usually see a certain series of numbers on my clock and then I will talk to them. (Like when my clock reads 2:22 or such numbers.) I have been asking for more energy among other things and they are really helping me as they usually do. Those loved ones who have passed may want to give you messages or help and find this way to do so. Do you get telepathic messages from yours? You may be getting a message from your Spirit Guides if: * You hear a ringing in your ears * You see a flash of light * You might feel a presence when you are alone * You might see things in sets of 3's. This is how I am able to communicate with my Spirit Guide. Like the clock reading 4:44, etc. * Seeing the name you may have given your Spirit Guide in unusual places. * Hearing your name whispered * Reoccurring dreams * Hearing music or songs * Seeing a rainbow * And, the more popular one of seeing a butterfly, dragonfly, or moth. (more are mentioned in the link given below) I have gotten all of these types of messages. Some more strongly and more often than others.I love their encouragement and their wisdom.
