Hey everyone, how are you all doing?
I am back to share how I did today on my journey. It's almost been 2 weeks now. No, I haven't kept the carbs low every single day. But I am trying to get back on track right away if I have a carb meal or day.
Weigh in - still about the same.
Blood sugars - Still about the same. Did see a 179, the lowest I think since I got back on this journey.
What did I eat today?
Meal 1 - Grilled breakfast sandwich from Carl's Jr. Yes, I had the bread this time.
Meal 2 - Lil smokie sausages (10) with sugar free BBQ sauce
1/2 serving of cheetos (about 10 carbs)
Meal 3 - 2 servings deli chicken slices
Macros for the food --
Calories - 1,271
Protein- 60
Fat - 81
Net carbs - 60 (total 64)
Still low carb compared to what I was eating before, but still 60 is too much for my health. Not sure when I will get that part right.
Protein should be a bit higher too.
I am not sure how the food will look tomorrow with making this long trip. But I will share tomorrow night.
What do you think of this day? Next week I will try to add in the intermittent fasting and working out again.

Eating out seems to spike everything. Otherwise, your numbers look good.

It will be interesting to see how the intermittent fasting works.

If I can do it, sometimes I like a snack later in the day...but will have to stop eating by 8.
Really shouldn't eat after 6 probably but with when we get home and have dinner it's closer to 8

Don't forget to increase your consumption of fruits and vegetables so that your diet is more optimal.
