Stockpiling items??

Do you stock pile anything? Since the world seems to be in a state of chaos, I have taken to stockpiling some items like toilet paper, water, dog food, laundry detergent, salt, pepper, flour, sugar, coffee, tea, etc. I have stocked up some canned items also. I thought I was alone in this but recently found that my best friend has also been stockpiling dehydrated foods, water, and canned foods. What about you? Are you also stocking up on things? My mom always stocked up on stuff like aluminum foil, paper towels, napkins, and canned foods. I was reading an article about freezing eggs. Have you ever tried freezing eggs? How did that work out for you? I grow some things that I dehydrate to make my own spices. Have you done this?

I stock more or less the same things, no tea, but rice and pasta. I dehydrated tomatoes from my garden the past summer, I also dehydrate my herbs from the garden.

I live a frugal kind of lifestyle. Anything I buy, I use it completely. The only items that are always stockpiled are my guitar and my laptop. Items that are essential in my life

I've always kept a "extras" in case of emergencies, but with the pandemic, I had gotten in the habit of being well stocked at home. I have no freezer room because of this habit, so I can't keep eggs in there.

This is impossible for me, because I hardly buy the most basic things. People can't stock up here.
