The latest milk bar birthday cake

This is what happens when I'm bored. I don't even like sweets! I had all of the ingredients/equipment needed to make this 3 layer homemade "Funfetti" cake. Honestly it isn't difficult to make at all. The momofuku milk bar baking book has much more complicated things to make than this cake.
I'll bring it into work tomorrow to share with coworkers. Still haven't decided it I will put it in a back room for the science peeps in my wing or if I'll leave it in the teacher's room for everyone to have a shot at. I'm leaning toward the teacher's room. When people like the things that I make they often pay me to make them in the future.

That's a lovely cake and leaving it in the teacher's room is an excellent idea, good job! They will be asking for more, I guarantee

@NJChicaa That's a reasonable price, for a cake that large and delicious! And their cake is 6 inches, yours is a lot bigger!

Definitely the teachers’ room. It’s going to be fun to see the teachers on a sugar rush for a change instead of the students.
