Empanadas have you tasted them?

Empanada are savoury pastries and they were my favourites growing up. Somehow, Ive forgotten about them till I saw and bought some samosas that tasted like a modified empanada, with a curry seasoning. So I googled the recipe and made some. I just bought the pre-made pastry as I live in a tiny house and don’t have much space. They were good! Have you eaten empanadas?

Yes, I had them in Spain. We also make them in the south of Italy, they are called panzerotti and they are fried.

The dumpling here is very similar to its shape. It can be filled with all kinds of fillings you like
