I figured that since the sun was out today, I would walk home from work, which I haven't done in quite a while, and was a little concerned about my hip/arthritic knee acting up, so I brought my cane with me just in case. I felt a little wobbly along the way, but I made it home. Before, it took about 45 minutes. As in the title, it took 59 today. Between that, the walk to the bus stop this morning, and the walk to my boss' when I got off the bus, I've gotten one hour and twenty-seven minutes worth of walking in today, which is more than I've gotten in over a week. May not seem like much compared to those more athletic than me, but my doctor said I should get at least an hour of walking in a day, so... Now, I need to spend 10-15 minutes going to check the mail. When I get back, I hope to do some more clearing off of my catch-all table. The garbage and recycling cans are already pretty much full, so they're definitely going to go out for pick up tonight. Hope that all is well with you in your part of myLot land!

I got an hour walk this morning when it was nice outside. I walked all the way around the river. There is a path around it and it is two miles around the river.

I walk at least an hour most days. That's what my doctor tells me too, although I enjoy walking I also do it for my health.
