Hello MyLotters! It's been a long time since I visited the site. But of course, I'm back again and excited to read what everyone is up to. Hopefully, I will be more active around here if my schedule permits.
I had an interview for a job in an advertising company yesterday. There's no result yet but I hope that I will get the job. In case, I will be their writer and I'm hoping to start as soon as possible.
It's hard to look for online writing gigs these days. That's why I have to try going back to the office setting again. Most of the writing sites have dried out and I have to find another job to keep on making a living.
That's my latest update about what I'm up-to these days. I'm just happy to be back and I will start reading your discussions so I can keep up.

Thanks! I think it happens with many of us from this site. Our busy lives can sometimes get in a way.

@cherriefic I embarked on a project that required lots of time and physical effort. It lasted for some years until I ended up and at present, I don´t feel the restraints that I felt when in that project.

@quantum2020 Careers can be draining and it seems that we suddenly stop doing things that were doing before. Good thing your project already ended.

When did you last leave this place? One of the sites I have joined that pays out the longest is Mylot. Despite the fact that I am not a skilled writer, they always pay me when I reach the minimum. I don't put any pressure on myself to write here; I just enjoy my time here.
I believe it is best if you get regular offline work because they are still rewarding for a regular income. I still need to find a reliable internet source of income because I haven't yet done so.

I think my last login here was Jan of 2020. I've been busy with my writing projects before. Of course, I will always come back here.

Best of luck to you and I hope you get the job, I compensate with writing for sites like Vocal Media between looking for other writing opportunities and doing surveys,

Thanks. I stopped writing for Vocal Media. I can't get Stripe to work where I'm from. I'm still writing in HubPages though. The additional income will still help while waiting for a new job.

Welcome back. You are right about the writing sites drying up. All that is available are content sites. I hope you get the job.

Thank you! Yes, it seems that there are no more clients who need content. I blame the AI writing software for that!

We're just following what the Chinese new year will be like. There are many Chinese-Filipino around here and we're happy to celebrate with them.
