Hi mylotteres How are you doing ? Some popular foods include beef, pork, chicken, and fish. Beef is a good source of protein, iron, and zinc, but it is also high in saturated fat.
Pork is also a good source of protein, as well as B vitamins and minerals. Chicken is a leaner option, with less fat and
cholesterol compared to beef and pork. Fish is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, which can help reduce the risk of
heart disease. Each type of meat has its own taste and texture,
DO you also concern to choose healthy foods ?
Which one you like most ? , I eat mostly and only chicken With roasted

Oh, I also like lamb but only when it's hot out of the oven or fry pan. Once lamb cools down, it starts having a funny aftertaste that I don't like.
I just boiled and peeled a dozen chicken eggs. I like eating them just like that. I ate two boiled eggs and some small cubes of Colby cheese for my supper just now. YUM!
Do you like boiled eggs or how do you eat them?

@DaddyEvil lamb do have unpleaseant smell. But if you know how to cook it and mix with a perfect portion of herbs, the taste like heaven. Perhaps you have heard about 'kambing guling' and 'nasi kebuli', those are my fave one. But I can only take it once perhaps per 6 months. Not good for my wallet
I stir raw eggs with black coffee. No sugar. The coffee is only around 50 ml-75 ml. I drink it twice or thrice per day. It is my herbal too to get rid all the heavy metal in my body system, especially that merchury around our air.
have you heard about the miracle of this herbal?

@ifa225 No, I've never heard of those... I've had lamb burgers a lot of times. They are sold at fairs during our Summer here. (I once bought some to take home and have later. That's how I know lamb tastes bad if it gets cold or is reheated in a microwave. I paid $3 each for three of them to take home and ended up throwing them away. That was 15 years ago, so $3 was a lot of money back then.)
EWW! I don't drink coffee... I don't like how it tastes, either.
See if you can open this link. The foods in it help detoxify your body and aren't nasty like coffee... well, most of them aren't nasty...
Lemon Lemons are a staple of many detox diets, and there is a good reason for this. Firstly, lemons are packed with antioxidant vitamin C, which is great for the skin and for fighting disease-forming free radicals. Furthermore, the citrus fruit has an alka

@Charlesbronson I used to like salted fish. but as I get older, I'm concerned about the high sodium level in salted fish. Seldom eat them now.

The roasted chicken looks delicious!
I mostly prefer baked chicken... I do like the other meats you've mentioned but smoked turkey is my favorite meat.
Have you tried smoked turkey?

I am trying to eat healthy with less sodium. And cutting back on meat and become a part time vegetarian. I will try to go vegetarian for a year. Fish is a good idea. I'm going to try to buy more frozen and bake it many ways in the toaster oven.
