It is not a sin to cry in public?

If you feel once a while that you should cry when alone or in public when you cannot control, then let me tell you it’s okay. We all humans cry sometime. It is a sign of expression not weakness. No one is absolute in strength to the mark of 100%. It’s okay to cry even in public place if at all you cannot control your emotions.
You need not feel sorry about crying. It’s very much the part of human dress like smile. Feel proud in fact that despite the world running so harsh these days, you still have sensitivity remaining.
It’s also completely okay to be angry once a while in public. Why religion especially here in India has to suppress human expressions this hard core way by naming it as sin?

Probably because acting out in anger can be dangerous for all involved? It's okay to express yourself, sure, but not to the point you risk harm to those around you.

I have never liked the word "sin". We are all human beings and we have emotions. Crying and laughing are part of it all.

Crying is part of life and it should not matter if you cry in public.
