On The Topic of Ghosts

You know, the topic of ghosts got brought up as topics of ghosts often do. I was reminded of an episode of The Rizzutto Show on the local alternative radio station here, which is quite funny actually. They were of course, talking about ghosts. And it got mentioned that, "Why is it that whenever anyone ever sees a ghost they seem to be from colonial times?" The talkie had a point. I mean, where are the ghosts of people before that? Or even after that? Why is it always some Civil War guy walking around haunting people, or even how come they always seem fully well dressed in colonial attire? Didn't a guy ever die in a pair of pajamas or something? One of the other talkies chimed in and said, "I'll believe ghosts exist when I see a guy in an Addidas shirt with a pair of sneakers on." He had a point too. People die all the time. People have been dying since people have been people. Where are all the other ghosts?
