Thankful for antibiotics

I'm so thankful for antibiotics.
My momma had to spend yet more time in the hospital again for mystery fever. Well she's back home now and doing well, but then she had a round of chemo and a few days later noticed the earliest signs of a UTI (urinary infect for those who don't know the abbreviation.
To anyone else this is the simple case of getting some antibiotics. For her on chemo it becomes a potentially life threatening case of sepsis rather quickly. However .. this time she called her Dr. right away and got a shot and some pills, and... she managed to avoid the hospital again. Doing better now. That makes me so happy.
Also I managed to need some antibiotics of my own. Every once in a while I will get something along the lines of tonsilitis. Thankfully it's easily fixed by a prescription for antibiotics. Sure enough within a couple of days I was feeling better.
How thankful I am for antibiotics.

Thanks! Oh yes feeling better is a big blessing. Thanks, too - the photo is one of those AI photo filter effects, but I love the colors.

I sure am sorry you and my dear Vicki Club Vicki have been sick. Praying you'll both feel much better today. Medicines are usually a blessing...give your mom a hug for me. PS love your new profile pic!

Antibiotics can be very helpful for sure, that's a great thing! I have to be careful, there are some I am allergic to
