My New Year Resolution this year is to lose weight. My goal was to lose 20 lbs but I don't have a goal anymore.
I had a bariatric clinic reach out to me because I am a good candidate for weight loss surgery and I have decided to work with them.
For years I have been trying and not seeing lasting results. Then I read an article that says less than 1% of all morbidly obese people lose and keep the weight off with diet and exercise alone. That was the point that I decided I would look at surgery.
They have given me some good resources for my journey and I have already lost weight on my own which is nice.
Have you stuck with your resolutions?

In my opinion... this is a decision... maybe it can be agreed again... whatever way we lose weight... it will all end with how our bodies try to maintain and maintain it.. it is also impossible for us to continue to operate.. because the body also has a limit on operations .. So starting from now improve your lifestyle and diet.. with the aim of investing in long-term health.. now there are many alternative diets and exercises that can be done... just how strong our intention to live healthy.. it's not too late to start. We are the ones who should be able to control what we eat and do exercises that can increase our metabolism.
