How do you prepare for sleep?

I had trouble sleeping for a while. She had a lot of stress, difficult situations and I couldn't sleep because of it. At the same time, I didn't want to take sleeping pills, I prefer natural ways or a daily routine. He sleeps better now. Every day I try to calm down before going to bed, do not watch anything on the computer, mobile phone or TV. Besides, the temperature in the room must be between 18C and 19C degrees. The room must be ventilated. I always need to take at least a light shower. I drink only water in the evening, I give up strong tea. I go to bed between 10pm and 11pm. Sometimes I read before bedtime. What are you doing to help you fall asleep better?

I stop using my computer before going downstairs to have dinner. I watch the TV after dinner and I read a book before sleeping. A shower would wake me up, I prefer a warm bath. I go to sleep around 10 p.m. and I get up at 5 in the morning.

I tried, but sometimes I don't feel tired for a long time even though it's late.

I think going to bed early is a good idea for people of all ages. I see it in myself and my children.

I rarely have trouble falling asleep because I use a CPAP due to my sleep apnea and have for 22 years now. My mind is conditioned to sleep as soon as the CPAP turns on.
