The carrot layer cake is finished

I started it on Sunday but didn't feel well yesterday so I put off finishing it until this afternoon. I had to make the graham frosting and then assemble the layers. From the bottom it is: carrot cake, milk soak, liquid cheesecake, milk crumbs, graham frosting, carrot cake, milk soak, liquid cheesecake, milk crumbs, graham frosting, carrot cake, graham frosting, and milk crumbs. To make it all I had to make the carrot cake, the liquid cheese cake, milk crumbs, graham crust, and graham frosting. These cakes are a lot of work but it is worth it when I see how much people enjoy them. Right now it is in the freezer setting up in the mold. I will leave it in there until tomorrow morning and then I'll unmold it and bring it to work.
