I need help does anyone have a good recipe for a vegatarian, my grandson and his girlfriend are coming tonight for dinner and I am stuck not knowing what to make,I have beans , tomatoes , onions,cheese, noodles, mixed veg.and broccoli

Then prepare veg noodles, i think it will be best or vegetable fried rice .
