It's not seven am and the Meezers are awake. Translate for you: Meezers are Siamese cats. One tossed a stack of papers that I need to organize and the other stabbed me as he tried to cuddle. Back to why I am here: Valentine's Day and poetry and most importantly, being cheap. Poetry is cheap. You can take a chunk of old crayon, lipstick, even a pen or pencil and grab an old envelope from junk mail and in a few minutes, give your Loved One a lovely gift. NO on poetry being a big deal to write; compose; smoke from your campfire. Just close your eyes, quit thinking and dig in. What exactly does that loved one bring to mind? Is he or she or whoever reminding you of anything? Anything at all? Birds? A moment of riding the ferris wheel, hanging on and laughing with your loved one cause neither one of you died from the experience? I did it. I wrote two poetic numbers last night before I fell asleep last night. I encourage you to give it a try. You can do it and you don't have two Meezers stabbing, rearranging the house or eating something they're not supposed to.
