Daffodils

I got introduced to Daffodils when we had to study the poem 'Daffodils' by William Wordsworth. The teacher had her own imagination and explained about what inspired the poet to compose that poem and we as students also had to write a composition on the same subject. Those days we did not have the Internet to help us. I had to seek the help of my older siblings and remember getting accolades.
When were you introduced to Daffodils?

Yellow is so peaceful and to think they just grow wild one has to be blessed.

I am planting daffodils today. How odd that I would come across your posting today as well. I totally forgot about William Wordsworth until you reminded me. Thank you for that.

I suppose that daffodils have always been around in my life. They are pertty common in the US. I recall that poem when I had to take a full term on the Romantic Poets that included Wordsworth.
