I haven't posted a discussion in far too long.
In the middle of last year, we started renovating our main house. It was major, so we had to move next door to a smaller house and stayed there until early December. I was the one who did most of the planning and went to multiple hardware stores. It was indeed the most exhausting year I ever had in a very long time, but it was well worth the effort cause everyone was extremely pleased with the results.
This whole makeover is almost complete and if I don't post here again, I'm most probably offline restoring some of our old furniture and deciding what to hang back up on our walls.
The photo above was taken in November, just as they were about to finish repainting the walls. I'm actually thinking about what to do with the paint cans, there are plenty more that aren't shown in this photo. You might have some great ideas.
So, what about you? What have you been doing lately?

I'm so happy to see you back here. I was gone for months at a time due to landscape and house projects which left me exhausted. I can imagine what you have been through.
Our painters take the empty cans away with them. Some paint, hubs keeps for touch-ups, and others can be disposed of at our town facility.
Enjoy your new renovations and let us see photos!!!!

You have a lovely home and your lawn is an inspo. We're currently working on narrowing ours cause my mom is getting too old to water all of her plants every day.
I'll share some more photos soon. I thought it was going to be easy breezy but even the planning stage was exhausting.

@MGjhaud Thank you. We had an irrigation system installed finally, but I still have to use a hose or watering can for my garden and flowers. I'm getting old, too!
I agree that from planning to completion of any project is exhausting and time consuming but worth it in the end.

Welcome back? lol. I only say welcome back since you suggest you might just be popping in. But glad to see things are looking up for you. Maybe we chatted in the past here, but sometimes I get names and people tangled up, so if I have forgotten about you, my apologies in advance.
As for paint cans, here we just recycle them.
