10 February - What I'm Thankful for Today

Today was a good day. I didn't get as much accomplished as I expected. Still, it was good. You already know how early I get up every day. I was up on time to take my medication at 3, then got my Bible study and my games done, then made the first post. I'm thankful I went to the exercise group. I rode the bike while the others exercised with the tape. I only did five miles today. I didn't try to speed as I worked out. It took 25.16 minutes and burned 120 calories. My speed was 11.9 MPH. I'm thankful for the steps I've gotten so far today - 7450. I will make my goal before I go to bed tonight. I started doing my steps a little differently. I walk each floor instead of just the first floor. I think I'm getting more steps that way. I'm thankful for baking day. My bread turned out perfect. I've already had six slices of oven-fresh warm bread. You can see the picture above. I gave my friend the choice of loaves. She chose the middle loaf. I gave the larger loaf to my son and kept the other for myself. I'm thankful for the work I did on Where Eagles Soar. I wanted to do more than one chapter, but with all I did today, my back is screaming for the massage/heating pad. I've done a lot of standing with making the bread, not only walking. I'm thankful for the notifications I finished today. No, I didn't finish them. I have over 150 right now. We'll see how much I get done tomorrow. I'm thankful I have my hat back. My son brought it this morning as I was coming back to the apartment from the exercise group. Okay, that's my day. A little more than I expected, but still an easy day.
