Health Affects Mood

These past few days has been not too good for me. I've been feeling very weak lately. Apparently I have anemia which is causing some issues. Such as dizziness, not able to focus, light-headed and quickly gets tired. I feel dizzy a lot and I'm not able to do simple task. Like the other morning I had to add some milk in my tea but my hands won't make it go in the cup...most of the milk has fallen outta the cup. I got some meds to take but I think it does take some times to work. Anyway how have you been so far. Oh yes today is Valentines Day...Any special plans? I got absolutely no plans. My hubby will be working late today.

If you suffer of anemia milk is not going to help you, you need to eat read meat.

Poultry is easier to get than red meat that’s why I’m not able to get it. But I am getting veggies with fibers as the doctor told me to.

Yes I did but unfortunately they didn’t give me enough med and my blood level is still not normal. I even got a test done and the result shows 9.9 and it should be at 12.

I'm sorry you're having more problems. Pretty was diagnosed with anemia a couple of weeks ago and takes and iron pill every day now. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow.
