Happy Valentine's Day 2023! As far as I understand, Valentine's is related much to love and affection, especially towards lovers and couples. But for me, I decided to not only celebrate Valentine on just one day. If Valentine is related to love, then a single person like me can celebrate Valentine everyday. For me, love also means to love yourself too. Sleep regularly, exercise regularly, eat regularly is considered loving yourself, or loving myself. I don't want to hurt myself by not eating and not sleeping and getting hurt or sick. Most importantly, the more I'm getting older, mental health is much important nowadays. We need to take care of our mental health to avoid stress, anxiety and probably worst, depression. Don't you agree that when Valentine is considered love, loving yourself also means love too? That's why I treat Valentine as everyday self-love. Because I don't believe that Valentine should only be celebrate once a year, as if love is not happen everyday

I was like that a few years ago, especially during around 2018-2022. Imagine living 4 years in hell especially during 2021-2022 and having anxiety and minor depression and felt it about 10 times stronger especially during my menstrual week. But I am working towards self love and peace for my mental now, and I am and I hope I am getting better.

I agree. Love oneself is taking care of one´s daily habits and being in harmony with everything around you. If we avoid depression, anxiety, and stress, we could feel positive and function better in life. Happy Valentine´s Day

I agree. That's what I am in effort in doing and maintaining it now. Thankfully, I managed to do it especially during my menstrual week, and I am happy to take an effort to do so. I never felt this peace for so long.

I agree with you. Love yourself is more important than loving others, and we shouldn't or can't love those who are toxic. Even I can lose my respect for toxic things.
