We have a whole lot of growth that experts say is edible. I have never eaten that even though I am told it can be eaten These experts say that some have nutritional value and some are good for health There is that creeper the leaves of which I am told should be eaten by diabetics Our maid was diabetic but she said she would not be comfortable eating them.
The photo is that of vitamin leaves which again some around here eat as they are loaded with nutrients Again I am not comfortable eating them.
There are more. But I will only eat what I am used to.
What about you?

I have eaten some plants that I didn´t use to eat before. Some of them are good.

@allknowing I haven´t eaten enough to have bad experiences. I first wash one leaf and do what animals do. I smell them, I taste them and if doesn´t taste bad, I chew it. After a while, I can eat more.

They are raving about these vitamin leaves but I have yet to feel comfortable to go for them. Have you had any bad experiences?

My first husbands aunt eats a lot of nature things that I wouldn’t. I’d love to learn how to make some of the things she does but I’d be too leery to make it on my own without her showing me how in case I made a mistake and could get sick.

@allknowing Soon my lawn will be covered by dandelions. I pick up the flowers as soon as I see them to avoid that they spread more seeds.

I am not an adventurous eater. I just eat foods certified safe by the authorities.
