Word of Intention for the Year

Have you picked a word that will guide you through the year? For example is it Clarity, Mindfulness, Self Love.
I was thinking on buying myself those pretty Valentines flowers next year. I dont need a man to buy them for me. Not worth it for all the headaches he could bring hahaha. Just kidding. But yes part of self love and enjoying the occasion with the my greatest love of all - myself.
I havent come around the word of the year for me. Any ideas?

I like the word cogent since it means forceful.

@yoalldudes I heard a minister who is no longer with us use that word in one his sermons many years ago.

@yoalldudes I have a big garden. As soon as spring starts I will be gardening every day, thing that I do since we bought this house 23 years ago.

LOVE YOURSELF
When you are left alone to fend for yourself
When those that you cared for put you in a shelf,
The best of the best comes out of you
Your life gets a hue totally new
Your limbs become stronger, your mind alert
You no longer worry; you can handle the hurt
The artist in you comes to the fore,
You can write and paint as never before
You choose to discard what bears you down
And pick only that that takes away your frown
Life is great you happen to find
Tis easy to relax and truly unwind
When you are left alone to fend for yourself,
When those that you cared for put you on a shelf,
The best of the best comes out of you
Your life gets a hue totally new
The dark clouds that were are there no more
Its peace and quiet that touches your core
Its your time to do whatever you please
Giving your life a renewed lease
He will be there when others flee
He is your support He helps you with glee
He walks with you through thick and thin
He is there inside you just look within.

I agree with Anna. Healthy. I hope that I will lose weight and become healthier. It would be hard to pick a word for you since I don't know what your goals are for this year.

It's a good idea. Maybe I would choose self-love, I think that's what I miss the most.

I also feel like much in need of that. But I feel like I wouldnt be able to live up to that because of obligations. Most probably next year.

I wouldve chosen that one but I felt like that has been the only thing I have been experiencing the past decades of my life. But I still need it.
