What’s on my plate today?
Yellow lentils soaked and sprouted. Boiled and then stir fried with garlic and onion with some turmeric and salt.
These sprouts are extremely healthy and nutritious because these lentils are grown on rocky land and requires no water or extremely less water.
Tastes extremely tasty and is very filling too.
