Splashes Of Sunshine In The Yard

Made this collage from the daffodils in my backyard. They always bloom in February, no matter the weather. We have a few more weeks before spring arrives. But these blooms don't seem to care what day it is. They are in full bloom now and will be gone in a week or so.
Like a splash of sunshine in the backyard. I have seen many around the neighborhood. They are the first to bloom here. I know some have crocus flowers that also bloom now. I might plant some of those eventually.
Enjoying the spring like weather after tornadoes last week, 70 F days, then 40 F days, now back to 60 F. Roller caster weather continues. It has been nice to enjoy the sunshine.
Walking around in the yard to see what is getting ready to bloom. I see a lot of hope in the garden. Soon. Very soon there will be more blooms.

They’re threatening us with a “pattern flip” in the weather in March, meaning we’ll probably have snow in time for the first day of spring.
Hope you’re doing well.

@Shivram59 Parasa flower (Palash) is also known as Dhak, Flame of The Forest, Teak, Parrot Tree, Bengal kino. It is a beautiful orange flower.
Queen of Night or commonly known ratrani is a fragrant flowering bush. Also known as Night blooming jasmine, night scented jessamine or the cestrum nocturnum flowering. It is a wonderful plant with strong mesmerizing fragrance.
I have the night blooming jasmine in my yard.

Daffodils are in the Narcissus family and native to Europe and grown around the world; Genda = Marigold grown here; Kaner = Oleander not in my climate; Palash = Parrot Tree; Raatrani = Night Jasmine - (have in my yard). They are like a sunshine flower. So bright.

I love seeing them bloom, promising spring will come. The main thing about the wacky weather of up-and-down temperatures is that I really don't like it when our flowers here come out and then get frozen when it gets cold again. I guess I just want to enjoy them as long as I can. So pretty, Carol.

@MarieCoyle They are. I will not plant any more tulips for that reason.

Yes, I wish they lasted longer as well. I think tulips are even more short-lived than daffodils are.

@CarolDM I have seen cut ones in shops now, but they are so much prettier outdoors growing freely in a garden. Soon there will be lots happening in your garden to make you smile.
Thank you . . . I am mostly ok. Getting a lot done at home, so not as here as much as I'd like to be. I hope you are doing well too . . . I noticed you are not around as much too.

They are very pretty. Just in time for Easter.
Is there a free app that can be used to make these collages? I'd like to do one of our cats.

Those daffodils really are a breath of fresh air and a reminder that spring is on the way. I'm so looking forward to nicer weather even though we're expecting freezing rain today
